Clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work closely with our GP practices providing structured medication reviews to support patients on multiple medicines, manage the prescriptions of those with long-term conditions, provide health checks, and ensure safe and effective prescribing.
Highly qualified experts in medicines, the clinical pharmacy team works within practices and helps to reduce demands on GP time and increase effective medicine optimisation.
